1. What products do you offer?

We specialize in the export of:

  • Color-Coated Steel Coils (PPGI, PPGL)

  • Galvanized Steel Coils (GI, GL)

  • Roofing Sheets (corrugated, trapezoidal, tile-profiled)

  • Secondary Quality Coils (if requested)
    All products can be customized in thickness, coating weight, width, and color according to buyer specifications.


2. Where are you located?

Our headquarters and production facilities are located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. We operate under the name:
Haihong (Jiangsu) Steel International Trading Co., Ltd.


3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide, including to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe. We support FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP terms as per Incoterms 2020.


4. How can I place an order?

  • Submit your inquiry via our website or email

  • Confirm product specifications, quantity, and delivery terms

  • Receive a Proforma Invoice (PI)

  • Make an advance payment or open a Letter of Credit (L/C)

  • Production begins upon receipt of payment

  • Shipment and documentation are arranged per the contract


5. What are your payment terms?

  • 30% advance by T/T, balance before shipment

  • 100% L/C at sight, if approved

  • Other methods (Alipay, PayPal, Western Union) are considered for small orders or samples


6. What is your production lead time?

Our typical lead time is 15 to 21 working days after deposit and final confirmation of product specifications. Urgent orders may be expedited upon request.


7. Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We offer free samples, but the courier cost is borne by the buyer or deducted from the first official order.


8. Do you offer product warranties?

Yes. We provide a 12-month manufacturing warranty and coating warranties of up to 15 years, depending on the product and environmental conditions. Full details are outlined in our Warranty Policy.


9. Do you accept third-party inspections?

Absolutely. We welcome inspections from SGS, BV, Intertek, or any agency appointed by the buyer. Inspections can be done before shipment at our factory.


10. What if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?

Notify us within 5 calendar days with photos, videos, and a written description. If verified, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or compensation as outlined in our Return Policy.


11. Do you provide customized solutions?

Yes. We can customize coil width, thickness, zinc/aluminum coating weight, paint color, RAL code, and profile type to meet your market or project needs.


12. How is packaging handled?

All goods are packaged in standard seaworthy export packaging with steel edge protection, waterproof wrapping, and proper strapping. Special packaging requests can be accommodated.


13. How can I track my shipment?

Once shipped, we will provide:

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)

  • Packing List

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Tracking details or shipping agent contact

  • Other documents required for customs clearance (e.g., CO, Form E)


14. Are your products compliant with international standards?

Yes. Our steel products conform to ASTM, JIS, EN, GB or other required international standards, depending on the buyer's specifications.
